Are you selling your home?

You will need to complete paperwork to release your account to the new owner.

1. Call the office and request a final read for your account

2. Give the office the forwarding address to send your final bill

3. Complete a deposit refund form

If all steps aren’t completed above the account cannot be moved to the new owner. Please make sure to do your part.

To have banking account drafted for your payment (Must be turned in by the 1st of the month)

ACH Form

To end service at your property, make sure to follow all instructions or the form will not be processed nor will your account be Discontinued.

Discontinuance Form

To request a leak adjustment on your account. This form must be turned in by the 5th of the month with the proper proof that the repair has been made. If you do not turn in your form and proof by this date the leak adjustment will not be available until the following month on or about the 10th.
